How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship within Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivery times vary by location.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll make it right.

How should I store my soap?

Keep your soap in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Using a soap dish that allows water to drain will help extend the life of your bar.
