Thank you for shopping with Nourishing SoapBee! We take great care in handcrafting each product in small batches, and we want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia only.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): $12.00 AUD flat rate
  • Local Pickup: Free — available for collection from Rothwell, QLD. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.
  • Local Delivery: Available within 10 km of Rothwell, QLD. Please contact us to arrange delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery within Australia. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Handmade & Natural Products

Our soaps and lip balms are made with natural ingredients and no synthetic preservatives. To preserve their quality:

  • Store products away from direct sunlight and heat.
  • We recommend using products within 12 months of purchase.

We package all orders carefully to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
